Abstract
Diabetes mellitus is the one of the most important diseases, that affects survival of dental implants. This is an analytic article, that observe morphology, physiology, histology of osteointegration of dental implants in patients with diabetes mellitus. Also there are review of prospective and retrospective studies of this problem, that have been made. By the way most authors declares that success of prostodontic treatment in this patints composed of many factors such like original clinical situation, type of diabetes mellitus and degree of compensation ofthe disease and the last, but not the least, the design of contemporary prothetic restoration.

Abstract
The article presents the literature data on the prevalence and role of insulin resistance - hyperinsulinemia in the development of cardiovascular pathology. Found, that insulin resistance, as a syndrome not rarely encountered in internal medicine, is a pathophysiological base for the developing of some metabolic and hemodynamic changes, that can play significant role in pathogenesis of the arterial hypertension, CAD, diabetes mellitus and other atherosclerotic disease. Early diagnosis of the insulin resistance syndrome can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications.

Abstract
Phenomenological mathematical model of laser-induced thrombi growth is developed on the basis of Bogolubov’s hierarchy of time scales. The stochastic character of thrombi growth is revealed in the model by explicit introduction of the probability function. The main foundations of the model correspond to the basic experimental results concerning thrombus formation obtained in recent years. The modeling curves permit to achieve qualitative agreement between model and experimental data. The comparison of the model with other models of thrombus growth is performed.

Abstract
Objective. To evaluate the role of increased level of uric acid in the development of cognitive disorders in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Design and methods. Were included in the study and examined using anthropometry, biochemical blood analysis of 84 patients with MS (n = 44 with cognitive impairments and n = 40 without cognitive deficits). Cognitive function was assessed by applying neuropsychological scales. Quantitative assessment of cognitive functions was determined by the method of cognitive evoked potential with EMG/EP Nicolet Viking Select. Results. Revealed increased levels of uric acid (0,54 ± 0,32 and 0,36 ± 0,15 mmol/l, respectively, p < 0.01) in the group of patients with MS and cognitive disorders compared with the group without cognitive disorders. There was correlation between the level of uric acid and parameters of neurodynamic testing. In patients with increased uric acid level was registered the increase of the duration of the latent period of cognitive evoked potential (r = 0,42, p = 0,002). Conclusion. The obtained results give reason to assume that one of the mechanisms of development of cognitive impairment in patients with MS is to increase the level of uric acid in serum.

Abstract
The aim of the study was to identify morphological features of the myometrium of the lower segment of the uterus during connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) in women with uterine inertia. Materials and methods: we conducted histological, immunohistochemical (antibodies to collagen I, III, matrix metalloproteinases MMP-1, MMP-9, inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinases TIMP-1, fibronectin; fibulin-5; connexin-43), electron microscopy and immunocytochemical study with morphometry of 15 fragments of the myometrium of pregnant women with diabetes with weakness of labor activity (the main group) and 10 without diabetes (control group). The results of the study: in the myometrium in CTD, there is a decrease in the expression of connexin-43, fibulin-5, TIMP-1, collagen I and III types with a predominance of type III collagen, and the expression level of fibronectin and MMP1,9 is not changed. Electron microscopy and immunocytochemistry have shown a decrease in the number of intercellular contacts and a sharp decrease in the expression of connexin-43 compared to control. Conclusions: the complex of the detected changes of the myometrium in women with uterine inertia is a manifestation of CTD.

Abstract
Objective - an estimation of possibility of application at carrying out of daily monitoring (SM) of an electrocardiogram three-dimensional (3D) the construction analysis scattergram at patients with infringements of a rhythm of work of heart. Design and methods - from a database 5 realisations of an electrocardiogram with various variants arrhythmias are selected. Results. Visual features 3D scattergram in comparison with absence of infringements of a warm rhythm are shown. The received images scattergram can are considered from a position of «the determined chaos» which has the features at various forms of infringements of a rhythm of heart. Conclusions. Use 3D scattergram shows character arrhythmias at the analysis of the given SM of an electrocardiogram is better. The further researches will allow to study in more details features of formation of the pathological centres of automatism in a myocardium and it is essential to improve quality of diagnostics hearts arrhythmia.

Abstract
Robotic catheter system are taking a more leading position in clinical electrophysiology and have several advantages over manual catheter ablation. These technologies make it possible to improve the safety and effectiveness of treatment procedures arrhythmias, but the use of robotic technology slows workflow, requires specialized equipment and catheters, and the specific skills of operators. In this review article, we look at the main varieties of robotic catheter systems, their advantages, disadvantages and safety of use in clinical practice.

Abstract
The most important problem of neurosurgical education is translation of the surgical experience received during simulation training in clinical practice in operating room. Authors analysed literature and offered the original classification of practical skills and levels of doctor's competence in neurosurgery.
