Аннотация

Ишемическое кондиционирование предполагает индукцию органопротекции при выполнении коротких эпизодов ишемии-реперфузии до или после основного события ишемии. В обзоре рассматриваются современные представления о механизмах развития кардиопротективного действия различных вариантов этой нефармакологической методики, представлены экспериментальные данные, подтверждающие ее эффективность. Кроме того, в статье приведен анализ результатов клинических исследований применения ишемического кондиционирования в различных областях кардиохирургии.
