Негенетические экспериментальные модели эпилепсии in vivo и стимуляция блуждающего нерва

Аннотация
Сложность эпилепсии и эпилептического приступа как клинических и патофизиологических понятий находит своё отражение в большом числе предложенных экспериментальных моделей эпилепсии. Их можно разделить на острые и хронические, химические и электрические. В настоящем обзоре рассмотрены некоторые наиболее типичные модели различных типов, используемые на лабораторных крысах. Обобщены результаты применения этих моделей в изучении стимуляции блуждающего нерва как современного метода лечения фармакорезистентной эпилепсии.
