Аннотация

В статье обсуждается возможная роль дефицита витамина D в прогрессировании остеоартроза (ОА). Уделено внимание роли витамина D в изменении архитектоники суставного хряща, влиянии на медиаторы воспаления и др. Эти сведения могут иметь значение для разработки новых подходов к профилактике прогрессирования ОА.
