Осложнения после реваскуляризации у лиц с периферическим атеросклерозом и сахарным диабетом могут приводить к негативным итогам оперативных вмешательств на фоне критическойишемии.</p></sec><sec><title>   Цель</title><p>   Цель. Целью исследования явилось выявление обстоятельств, предрасполагающих к развитию тех или иных осложнений после реконструкции у пациентов с критической ишемией и сахарным диабетом.</p></sec><sec><title>   Материалы и методы</title><p>   Материалы и методы. Осуществлено проспективное исследование результатов реконструктивных вмешательств у 78 пациентов с трофическими нарушениями на фоне периферического атеросклероза и сахарного диабета. В 25 наблюдениях выявлены осложнения (основная группа), у 53 пациентов имело место неосложненное течение послеоперационного периода. Анализировалось влияние сопутствующих заболеваний, особенностей оперативного лечения на возникновение неблагоприятных исходов.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Проявления сердечной недостаточности повышают вероятность артериальных тромбозов (p &lt; 0,05). Признаки печеночной дисфункции увеличивают частоту ТЭЛА в периоперационном периоде(p &lt; 0,05). Адекватная коррекция гипергликемии снижает риск развития инсульта.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Данные о предрасполагающих к развитию осложнений обстоятельствах позволяют более тщательно подготовиться к реконструкции на фоне критической ишемии у лиц с периферическим атеросклерозом и сахарным диабетом и свести к минимуму число неблагоприятных исходов вмешательства.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Background</title><p>   Background. Complications after revascularization in individuals with peripheral atherosclerosis and diabetes mellitus can lead to negative results of surgical interventions against the background of critical ischemia.</p></sec><sec><title>   Objective</title><p>   Objective. The aim of the study was to identify predisposing circumstances for the development of certain complications after reconstruction in patients with critical ischemia and diabetes mellitus.</p></sec><sec><title>   Materials and methods</title><p>   Materials and methods. A prospective study of the results of reconstructive interventions was carried out in 78 patients with trophic disorders on the background of peripheral atherosclerosis and diabetes mellitus. Complications were detected in 25 cases (the main group), 53 patients had uncomplicated course of the postoperative period. The influence of concomitant diseases, peculiarities of surgical treatment on the occurrence of adverse outcomes was analyzed.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. Manifestations of heart failure increase the likelihood of arterial thrombosis (p &lt; 0.05). Signs of hepatic dysfunction increase the frequency of PE in the perioperative period (p &lt; 0.05).
