Диагностика нарушений сна является актуальным вопросом при ведении пациентов с острым ишемическим инсультом. В настоящее время нарушения сна рассматриваются не только как последствия ишемического инсульта, но и как фактор риска возникновения острой церебральной патологии. Нарушения сна при ОНМК могут быть представлены различными формами: инсомния, нарушения дыхания во сне, гиперсомнии центрального происхождения, нарушения циркадного ритма сна и бодрствования, парасомнии, нарушения движений во сне, нарушение сна неуточненное или связанное с факторами окружающей среды, соматические и неврологические расстройства, связанные со сном.</p><p>Публикаций в отечественной и зарубежной литературе на тему нарушений сна при остром ишемическом инсульте крайне мало, хотя диагностика данных патологий по отдельности занимает весомую нишу.</p><p>Золотым стандартом диагностики различных форм нарушений сна является полисомнография. В то время как для точной диагностики острого нарушения мозгового кровообращения необходимы высокотехнологичные методы, такие как компьютерная (КТ) и магнитно-резонансная томография (МРТ), в том числе и при различных формах нарушений сна.</p><p>В данной статье приведен обзор имеющейся на данном этапе литературы о методах лучевой визуализации в диагностике различных форм нарушений сна у пациентов с острым ишемическим инсультом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Sleep is an important and complex physiological process that is necessary for the normal functioning of any organism. Sleep disorders diagnostics is an issue of interest in patients with acute ischemic stroke management. Currently these disorders are considered not only as a consequence of earlier stroke but as an acute cerebrovascular disease risk factor itself. Sleep disorders in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease can be presented in different types, including: insomnia, sleep apnea, central disorders of hypersomnolence, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, parasomnias, sleep related movement disorders, unspecified sleep related disorders.</p><p>There are very few publications on the subject of sleep disorders associated with acute ischemic stroke, despite the fact that imaging of each of these conditions separately occupies a significant place in radiology.</p><p>Polysomnography is considered to be the gold standard in sleep disorders diagnostics.
