Непосредственные и отдаленные результаты свидетельствуют о безопасности применения метода и его эффективности в предотвращении аннулодилатации и обеспечении стабильности пластики в отдаленные сроки. Выявлены прогностические факторы резидуальной недостаточности в раннем послеоперационном периоде и причины, ведущие к рецидиву митральной регургитации в отдаленном периоде.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It was analyzed the results of the continuous sutural annuloplasty operations done in 340 patients with significant mitral regurgitation of non-ischemic etiology. Immediate and long-term results demonstrate the safety of the method and its effectiveness in preventing annulodilatation and ensuring stability during long-term annuloplasty.
