Материалы и методы. На бодрствующих самцах линии Wistar исследовалось действие моксонидина в различных дозах (без и с предварительным введением преимущественного блокатора имидазолиновых рецепторов эфароксана) на параметры гемодинамики, показатели вариабельности сердечного ритма (ВСР), сердечно-сосудистый ответ на стресс и на поведение в тесте «открытое поле». Результаты. Показано, что моксонидин в исследуемых дозах не оказывает существенного влияния на параметры гемодинамики, компоненты спектра ВСР и локомоторную активность животных, однако уменьшает тахикардическую реакцию на звонок. Последний эффект моксонидина снимается предварительным введением эфароксана. Заключение. Основываясь на результатах проведенного исследования и литературных данных, можно предположить, что в уменьшение сердечно-сосудистого ответа на стресс и в седативное действие препаратов группы «имидазолины» вовлечены разные типы рецепторов. В первом случае эффект обусловлен активацией I1-рецепторов, во втором — α2-адренергических рецепторов. Также результаты проведенных экспериментов позволяют сделать заключение, что у нормотензивных крыс функциональная активность имидазолиновых рецепторов снижена по сравнению с гипертензивными крысами.
