В данной статье представлен клинический случай этапного эндоваскулярного лечения пациентки 78 лет с хроническим расслоением торакоабдоминального отдела аорты III типа по ДеБейки на фоне неконтролируемой артериальной гипертензии. Эндоваскулярный метод является эффективным и безопасным инструментом в лечении этой сложной группы пациентов, в том числе нетолерантных к открытому хирургическому лечению.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Management of thoracoabdominal aortic dissection (DeBakey III type) is still a controversial subject because of the individual features each patient, nonspecific complains and symptoms, and severe complications associated with disease progression, such as aortic rupture, visceral malperfusion syndrome, retrograde dissection, refractory hypertension and pain.</p><p>This article reports the clinical case of staged endovascular treatment of 78-year-old female with chronic thoracoabdominal aortic dissection (DeBakey type III) affected by uncontrollable hypertension.
