Проведено молекулярно-генетическое тестирование по девяти полиморфным сайтам генов IL18, IL18R1, IL18RAP.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: Определены ассоциации полиморфных сайтов rs13015714 IL18R1 и rs917997 IL18RAP с рисками развития инфаркта миокарда (ОШ =1,95 (95%ДИ =1,06-3,58), р =0,029 и ОШ =2,01 (95%ДИ =1,11-3,64), р=0,018).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: Для подтверждения роли полиморфизма IL18, IL18R1, IL18RAP в патогенезе атеросклероза необходимо проспективное наблюдение за этой группой пациентов с целью выявления случаев манифестации клинических признаков у лиц, имеющих неблагоприятный прогноз.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to assess the probability of pathogenic effects OF Il-18 (IL18, IL18R1 and IL18RAP) gene polymorphism on the risk of myocardial infarction in patients with stable coronary heart disease.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: the present study was performed with the inclusion of 260 patients with stable coronary heart disease (CHD), residents of the industrial region of Western Siberia. Molecular genetic testing was performed on nine polymorphic sites of il18, IL18R1, IL18RAP genes.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: associations of polymorphic sites rs13015714 IL18R1 and rs917997 IL18RAP with risks of myocardial infarction were Determined (OR =1.95 (95% CI =1.06-3.58), p =0.029 and OR =2.01 (95% CI =1.11-3.64), p=0.018).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: to confirm the role of polymorphism IL18, IL18R1, IL18RAP in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, prospective monitoring of this group of patients is necessary to identify cases of manifestation of clinical signs in persons with adverse prognosis.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>атеросклероз</kwd><kwd>ишемическая болезнь сердца</kwd><kwd>воспалительный ответ</kwd><kwd>ген</kwd><kwd>IL18</kwd><kwd>IL18R1</kwd><kwd>IL18RAP</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>atherosclerosis</kwd><kwd>coronary heart disease</kwd><kwd>inflammatory response</kwd><kwd>gene</kwd><kwd>IL18</kwd><kwd>IL18R1</kwd><kwd>IL18RAP</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">СО РАН, комплексная программа фундаментальных научных исследований в рамках фундаментальной темы НИИ КПССЗ № 0546-2015-0012 «Мультифокальный атеросклероз и коморбидные состояния.
