Рассмотрены исследования, направленные на проверку наиболее обоснованных гипотез общего генезиса шизофрении и латерализации головного мозга человека. Особое внимание уделено теме поиска мутаций в генах, связанных с функциональной и морфологической асимметрией головного мозга.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review is devoted to the problem of schizophrenia genetics. The studies aimed at testing the most feasible hypotheses of a common genesis of schizophrenia and the lateralization in the human brain are considered.
