Остеопороз и остеомаляция протекают скрытно, поэтому при их диагностике, профилактике и лечении важен учет факторов риска. Хотя депрессия считается фактором риска остеопороза, эмоциональный стресс до сих пор не относят к факторам риска системных заболеваний костной ткани. Патогенез остеопороза при депрессиях исследован недостаточно. Цель — проанализировать стресс-индуцированную костную резорбцию у крыс в открытом поле.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Исследование проводили на белых крысах обоих полов. Животных помещали в открытое поле на 3, 30 и 60 минут, регистрировали поведение. Исследовали массовые характеристики бедренной кости и стресс-чувствительных органов, биохимические показатели активности стресс-реализующих систем, метаболизма костного матрикса и гистологические срезы тазовой кости.</p></sec><sec><title>Результат</title><p>Результат. Помещение в открытое поле не влияло на массовые характеристики бедренной кости и стресс-чувствительных органов животных. Через 3 минуты у крыс в открытом поле повышалась активность стресс-реализующих систем, увеличивались уровни кальция и свободного оксипролина в крови, морфологических изменений костной ткани не обнаруживалось. Через 30 и 60 минут в открытом поле уровень свободного оксипролина в крови нормализовался, уровень кальция в сыворотке оставался повышенным, на срезах кости наблюдались признаки остеоцитарного остеолизиса. Стресс-индуцированная резорбция костной ткани была ассоциирована с увеличением груминга.</p></sec><sec><title>Вывод</title><p>Вывод. Костная резорбция развивается в течение 3 минут эмоционального стресса и, как минимум, в течение 1 часа протекает по механизму остеоцитарного остеолизиса. Ключевые слова: остеопороз, эмоциональный стресс, крысы, открытое поле.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Osteoporosis and osteomalacia are insensibly diseases, therefore assessment of risk factors is signiﬁ cant for their diagnosis, prophylaxis and treatment. Now the depression is considered as factor of osteoporosis, but emotional stress is not related to risk factors of system bone diseases. Pathogenesis of osteoporosis during depression isn’t full studied. Objective — investigate the stress-induced bone resorption in rat in open ﬁ eld.</p></sec><sec><title>Design and methods</title><p>Design and methods. The study was realized on both male and female white outbred rats. Rats were placed in open ﬁ eld for 3, 30 and 60 minutes. Rat behavior, functional activity of stress-releasing systems, bone metabolism and weight related parameters stress-sensitivity organs and femur was measured.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Placement in open ﬁ eld had no effect on weight related parameters stress-sensitivity organs and femur. The function activity of stress systems, calcium and free hydroxyproline blood levels in rats were increased during 3 minutes in open ﬁ eld. At this time histological changes on pelvic bone slice were not observed. Over 30 and 60 minutes in open ﬁ eld hydroxyproline blood level was normalized, but calcium blood level was elevated and the osteocytic osteolysis traces were observed on pelvic bone slice.
