Приведена классификация заболеваний печени, выделены факторы риска, механизмы лекарственных поражений печени, лабораторные тесты. Описаны физиологические изменения функции печени при беременности, которые необходимо учитывать в диагностике лекарственных поражений печени при беременности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The publication provides the latest data on the problem of drug liver disease, particularly during pregnancy. Classification of liver diseases, selected risk factors, mechanisms of drug liver damage and laboratory tests are described.
