В экспериментальной модели острой коронарной окклюзии у кошки фибрилляция желудочков в период реперфузии была отмечена у тех животных, у которых длительность потенциалов действия (ДПД) кардиомиоцитов в пограничной зоне ишемии были не уменьшены, а, наоборот, увеличены. Цель исследования. Целью настоящей работы было найти электрокардиографические проявления увеличения ДПД кардиомиоцитов в пограничной зоне ишемии как маркеры возможного возникновения фибрилляции желудочков. Материалы и методы. Исследования проводили в рамках математической модели желудочков сердца кошки. При моделировании ишемии уменьшали скорость активации, а также изменяли длительность и амплитуду потенциалов действия в соответствии с экспериментальными данными. Результаты. Моделирование показало, что увеличение ДПД в пограничной зоне ишемии отображается на ЭКГ в отведениях, наиболее близко расположенных к сердцу (V2,V3), в виде удлинения Т-волны и изменения ее полярности в конечный период реполяризации. Аналогичные особенности Т-волны в эксперименте были отмечены на электрограммах у тех кошек, у которых впоследствии имела место фибрилляция желудочков. Заключение.
