Vascular parkinsonism was revealed in 8 patients, possible progressive supranuclear paralysis — in 5 patients, idiopathic Parkinson disease without vascular encephalopathy — in 32 patients, idiopathic Parkinson disease with vascular complications — in 13 patients.
