Применение удаленных роботизированных систем могут улучшить результаты лечения и облегчить процесс операции для хирургов. Целью данного исследования является оценка эффективности и безопасности применения роботизированных катетерных систем по сравнению с мануальной методикой аблации при лечении персистирующей фибрилляции предсердий.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation (AF) is a physically demanding procedure for the operator, involving radiation exposure, and has limited success rates. Remote robotic navigation (RRN) may offer benefit to the procedure. This prospective randomized study evaluated the hypothesis that the single-procedure persistent AF ablation success rate is greater with RRN than with manual navigation.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>персистирующая фибрилляция предсердий</kwd><kwd>радиочастотная аблация</kwd><kwd>Hansen</kwd><kwd>Artisan</kwd><kwd>persistent atrial fibrillation</kwd><kwd>radiofrequency ablation</kwd><kwd>Hansen</kwd><kwd>Artisan</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Mikhaylov E.N., Lebedev D.S., Pokushalov E.A., et al.
