Имплантация окклюдеров достаточно безопасная и эффективная процедура, позволяющая отменить постоянный прием пероральных антикоагулянтов. Имплантация окклюдера может быть альтернативой при высоком риске кровотечений и ограничениях постоянной антикоагулянтной терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The first experience of various LAA occluders implantation in the North-West region for prevention of systemic thromboembolic events is reported. The implantation procedure is considered to be rather safety and effective and provides an opportunity for subsequent oral anticoagulants withdrawal.
