Характерные изменения капилляров были обнаружены у 98 % исследуемых с системной склеродермией. Выявлена ассоциация капилляроскопических паттернов с наличием легочной артериальной гипертензии, поражением легких и уровнем N-концевого пептида натрийуретического пептида в крови.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this article we evaluated the relationship of specific capillaroscopic changes with clinical and immunological subtypes and endothelial function in patients with systemic sclerosis. Characteristic changes in the capillaries were found in 98 % of subjects with systemic sclerosis.
