Установлено, что инсулинорезистентность как синдром, нередко встречающийся в клинике внутренних болезней, составляет патофизиологичекую основу серии последующих метаболических и гемодинамических нарушений, которые могут играть существенную роль в патогенезе артериальной гипертензии, сахарного диабета, ИБС и других атеросклеротических заболеваний. Своевременная диагностика синдрома инсулинорезистентности может способствовать снижению риска развития сердечно - сосудистых осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the literature data on the prevalence and role of insulin resistance - hyperinsulinemia in the development of cardiovascular pathology. Found, that insulin resistance, as a syndrome not rarely encountered in internal medicine, is a pathophysiological base for the developing of some metabolic and hemodynamic changes, that can play significant role in pathogenesis of the arterial hypertension, CAD, diabetes mellitus and other atherosclerotic disease.
